做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
