做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
