做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
