做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
