做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
