做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
