做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
