做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
