做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
