做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
