做(zuò )法(fǎ ):洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
