做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
