做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
