做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
