做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六(liù )成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即(jí )可(kě )品尝(cháng )。 -
