做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
