做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
