做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
