做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
