做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
