做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
