做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
