做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
