做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
