做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
