做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
