做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
