做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
