做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
