做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
