做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
