做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
