做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
