做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
