做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
