做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
