做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
