做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
