做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
