做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
