做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
