做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
