做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
