做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
