做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
