做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即(jí )可品尝(cháng )。 -
