做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
