做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
