做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
