做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
